- Health and Safety at Work Policy
GCAC recognizes and accepts that, as an employer, it has moral and legal responsibilities to safeguard – the health, safety and welfare of its entire staff (as far as feasible). The company will also ensure that all reasonable and practical steps are taken to provide and maintain safe and healthy conditions in the work place and accommodation spaces. In pursuance of this policy, GCAC will ensure that safety requirements are met with the consequent avoidance of risks to health wherever machinery and equipment are used or where staff is concerned with the handling, storage or transport of articles or substance.
Similarly, to encourage compliance with the policy, the company will provide training, instruction, information and supervision where appropriate to employees at all levels.
GCAC emphasizes to all employees to take all responsible care for the safety of themselves and other people in the discharge of their duties while at work. Any act of irresponsibility will be disciplined as appropriate under the company's disciplinary procedure.

- Drug and Alcohol Policy
It is the policy of GCAC to maintain a drug and alcohol-free environment. Being unfit for work due to the use of drugs or alcohol is forbidden and is grounds for termination of employment.
